Always very helpful and happy to accommodate changed I needed to make to my orders. Thank you for changing my click and collect order to delivery so quickly it arrived the next day which was a lovely surprise. Over the past month I have spoken to Leigh-Anne and Miguel, can you pass on my thanks to them as they are both clearly assets to your company!

Great customer service when I had a query with my order. A very flexible team who responded to my queries straight away.

Providing very bad and poor service . I made an order containing 5 items on 07/01/23. I received sms on my mobile that order is ready for collection on 12/01/23. Today I went there to collect my order and instead of complete my order they gave me just 01 item (Sweatshirt). It looks like joke.

My order was redirected to my home address without being charged.

Received an email notification confirming that my order was ready to collect in store. Went into the store. Order is not there, but in a totally different part of the country. No communication regarding this. Terrible service. Waste of time rearranging my morning trying to collect. Needed for Monday which clearly is unlikely to materialise. Very disappointing.

I order some uniform for my doughter.The items was to big.Go to the post office and return the stuff using free return (sticker)from Stevensons.
Contact customer service and send the receipt from the Post Office. Stevenson told me it is no a proof because they can't see value of the items in there. I told them I was using thier label and was free.They told me they didn't receive any items from me. Basically the proof from the post office is not enought. Belive need to be "sign for "to be 100% sure to show them has been delivered.Otherwise using the free label from them doesn't guarantee anything. They told me to wait for another week and contact with them again and then maybe I will be lucky and the items will be there.
