I was able to pay for my order in the end, but the checkout process felt a bit slow. For a minute I wasn’t sure if the payment had actually gone through, which was kind of annoying. The confirmation did come through after a little while, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but it definitely felt like something preventable. Overall, not terrible, just could be smoother.

The embroidery on the school jumper came out really neat, and it looks like it’ll last well. The name and badge were nice and clear, and I didn’t notice any loose threads around the stitching. It took a little longer than I expected to arrive, so I’m taking off a star for that, but the actual quality was really good.

The quality does feel better than some uniforms we’ve bought before, but the price is the main reason I’d give it 4 stars rather than 5...

Customer service did eventually get back to me and answered my question, so I can’t say it was bad. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once, which felt a little tiring. Everything got sorted in the end, but I wish it had been a bit quicker and easier.
